Client: Alexis Manolis
Designer: Abdul Altun
Brief:
I want my website to be for elderly people:
- Easy to navigate, doesn’t take to long to get used to.
- Can be navigated by a person who has limited computer skills.
- Once Navigating away from the home page, it’s easy to get back to it.
- I don’t want things crammed up and messy things, needs to be spread out and easy to look at and read.
- Use colours that are gentle and warm, as it is for older people
- Different colour each page
- Include pictures on every page, relating to the text
- Each Topic should Stand out and easy for the person to find there way.
- Make sure all links a relevant to the topic.
- The site should have a friendly and relaxed feeling to it.
COMMUNICATION PLAN
- Client and designer to have one initial meeting to discuss the project, another meeting for the designer to present initial sketches, and then meet once a week throughout the rest of the length of the website development.
- Website design to be made in Photoshop, and only to be assembled in Dreamweaver once client and designer have both “signed off” on the final design.
- Dates: - Brief exchanged March 10th
- Initial sketches presented March 24th
